Who we are
This Website is run by Hiyaa Host Agency, an independent host-recruitment agency for the Hiyaa app. We are not the owner or developer of the Hiyaa app. The app has its own privacy policy, which applies to everything you do inside the app.

- Information you give us: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, host ID number and any message you send when you contact us on WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram or email.
- Information collected automatically: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location (city level), and how you arrived on the Website. We collect this through Google Analytics and our hosting server logs.
- Cookies: small files used by Google Analytics to count visitors and understand traffic. We do not use cookies for advertising.
How we use your information
- To help you register as a host and follow up on your ID approval.
- To reply to your questions and send updates you asked for (for example, our WhatsApp channel).
- To understand how visitors use the Website and improve it.
- To prevent fraud and misuse.
We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing your information
We share your host ID and contact details with the Hiyaa app team only when needed to process your host application. We may also share information if required by law. Services we use (Google Analytics, our hosting provider, WhatsApp) process data under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, usually not more than 12 months after our last contact, unless the law requires longer.
Your rights

Children
This Website and the host programme are only for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has contacted us, email support@yourdomain.com and we will delete the information.

We use reasonable measures, including HTTPS, to protect your information. No website is fully secure, so please never share passwords, OTPs or bank PINs with anyone, including us.
